How can hypnotherapy help you?

Many people struggle with issues such as physical pain, insomnia, overeating or hoarding, debt + money blocks and more. These issues can have a significant impact on our daily lives, leaving us feeling stuck, frustrated and overwhelmed.

Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool that can help us identify and address the root causes of these issues, allowing us to overcome our struggles and lead a more fulfilling life.

In this post,I will share some common root causes of these issues that people have presented to me with, in hypnotherapy sessions especially Rapid Transformational Therapy.

By understanding these root causes, you can begin to take steps towards healing and transforming your life.

These are some of the ways how our subconscious beliefs show up in the real world

  1. Physical pain - Suppressed Anger/Pain/Hurt: Your body may be screaming at you because you cannot express your emotions out loud. The more you ignore it, the more it screams at you!

  2. Insomnia - Hyper-vigilance: If you struggle with insomnia, it could be because you believe that you need to be switched on all the time to survive, or that bad things will happen if you fall asleep.

  3. Overeating and hoarding - Filling a void: If you struggle with overeating or hoarding, it could be because you feel empty inside and are trying to fill that void.

  4. Debt and money blocks - Limited beliefs: If you struggle with money, it could be because you have limited beliefs about how money comes in, or you feel that having money is not familiar or not spiritual.

  5. Overweight or Obesity: Past history of abuse (weight covers up beauty),Unwillingness to feel pain/emotions,Insulation and protection,Punishing oneself,I need to feel BIGGER.

  6. Procrastination: Action, responsibility & stress is unfamiliar,I procrastinate to avoid stress, pain and rejection,I haven’t found my true purpose yet,Lack of confidence with technology or communicating what I want/need,People leave me when I’m successful,It’s much safer not to be seen,I don’t deserve success,I was abused if I got something wrong so it’s not worth the risk.

  7. Fear of success - Visibility: If you struggle with money or success, it could be because you are afraid of being visible or believe that you are not perfect enough to be seen.

  8. Lack of confidence - Financial maturity: If you struggle with money or finances, it could be because you lack confidence in dealing with finances or believe that you are not experienced enough to be financially mature.

  9. Anxiety and need for control:Not being ok as things are ,Too much responsibility for things not responsible for,Must be perfect to be good enough ,What do people want from me,I need to BE that person

  10. Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder: I need to be in control,If I’m not in control that means I’m helpless/powerless,Addicted to certainty,Need the safety of re-assurance,Can’t let go or go with the flow,Can’t trust myself or another,

2.Hypnotherapy session where I work with your subconscious mind to remove negative beliefs and INSTALL positive transformational core beliefs.This usually lasts about 2 hours.

3.Follow-up to note progress and iron out difficulties by providing relevant resources and support.
